The Compound Performs For Human Skin Something Similar To What It Does For Its Creator:
• Increase cellular turnover of abundant, healthy keratinocytes, pushing fresh cells to the surface more quickly and forcing damaged and old cells to slough off faster
• Increase calcium fixation by keratinocytes, thereby reinforcing cell cohesion and improving the communication between keratinocytes
• Regulate melanocyte production, reversing and preventing hyperpigmentation
• Promote the even distribution of melanin, eliminating unwanted dark patches and age spots
• Stimulate the proliferation of fibroblasts and activate scenescent fibroblasts. These are the cells that give rise to collagen, elastin and water-holding molecules, resulting in stronger, more resilient skin
• Increase GAG biosynthesis (water-holding molecules, skin matrix components and intercellular messengers), providing natural hydration to the epidermis and dermis
• Increase microcirculation and the formation of new healthy blood vessels, improving blood flow and oxygenation of the skin
• Optimize the skin's metabolism to make it more resistant and able to act perfectly as a protection barrier against external aggressions
• Integrate an oxidative-defense complex, which eradicates free radicals and acts as an anti-inflammatory and immune modulating resource that boosts the immune system and enhaces the ability of the skin to withstand stress from UV solar radiation, pollution and wear and tear.

A Complex Compound Made By The Most Sophisticated Lab On Earth
The biological ingredient created inside the cells of this little creature is a complex compound of sugar chains or glycans (from glukus, the Greek word for sweet), soluble proteins, enzymes, peptides, oligoelements (Cu, Zn, Ca, Fe) and co-enzymes. Although this formulation is well-appreciated for its important biological functions, it is so complex that it is still impossible to synthesize even in the most sophisticated biochemical laboratory.
The way the complex ingredient works is the field of study of the complex new science of glycobiology - nicknamed the "sweet science" by the academic press. This field investigates the crucial role of glycomolecules or glycoconjugates in the transmission of important biochemical signals into and among cells, and in the guidance of intercellular communication essential to the orchestration of normal cell and tissue development. This communication ensures proper physiological function, and helps the body to avoid disease and abnormal tissues.
Ecological, Sustainable, Organic, Purely Natural with NO Side Effects
The snail serum used in BERRYSISTIBLE is gathered humanely from the snails - the process of obtaining their secretions does not harm the snails at all. At our labs, we then take that pure snail serum and add other all-natural ingredients like strawberry oil, cranberry seed oil, raspberry oil and strawberry seed oil. These oils, as well as providing crucial antioxidants and healthy fatty acids, also imbue the formulation with that sweet, unmistakable aroma. There are absolutely no harsh chemicals or additives.
Simply apply BIOSKINREVITALIZER gently with your fingertips to any part of your face, body, or hands that you want to rejuvenate. Wait ten minutes for the beneficial ingredients to infuse your skin cells and then apply your makeup as usual. It's that easy!

Breakthrough Natural Discovery Validated By Science
The Main Breakthrough Natural Skin Care Ingredient
Berrysistible is an ALL natural skin care treatment system based on a natural substance produced by a living creature.
Before delving into the full story about the revolutionary benefits it brings forth in the field of skin care we feel it's necessary to ask you to suspend some of your disbeliefs for a moment. Because many people have an immediate negative reaction to the idea of using natural materials such as these. So first let us consider a few well-known examples with which we are all more familiar with.
The Oyster: Similarly, everyone can appreciate the beauty of a pearl. While some gourmets may also appreciate the oyster from which it is born, many of us would not find such a creature appealing. However, since ancient times humans have collected pearls, and for the last century we have raised oysters carefully for this rich harvest.
The Silkworm: The silkworm, when given attention and care, can provide us with beautiful, luxurious fabrics. Before the ancient Chinese realized what it was capable of, the silkworm was just another of those creatures that was looked upon as inferior and even repugnant. It is, after all, a worm. Now, of course, we humbly credit them for the impressive contributions they can make to our lives.
The Honey-Bee: Finally, the ancient Egyptians were the first to domesticate and use to their own good a now well-appreciated creature, the honey bee. Who now doesn’t enjoy the results of their labor? These examples demonstrate that with a little imagination, we can now, look past the all superficiality and come to appreciate the blessings that such natural solutions provide.
The Garden Snail
In the same spirit as these time revered practices, our special and humane care of tiny snails on the coast of Chile provides us with the secret to beautiful skin. These little creatures are the only ones in nature with a skin that is incredibly similar to our own, human skin. They, however, have evolved to protect that skin naturally.
Our team raises and cares for these creatures so that they can share their advantage with the world—all without harming the snails themselves. Why do we put so much time and effort into this process? Because the substance that these beings create naturally is impossible to replicate even in the most sophisticated biochemical laboratory on Earth.
The little creature that secretes this incredible potion lives with its nude skin exposed to the sun and other environmental elements. You may have stumbled upon it in your backyard, if you live in those parts of the world with Mediterranean weather.
Maybe you have even noticed that it has a skin with the same structural elements that our skin is made of: collagen, elastin, and all the molecules our skin matrix is made of. It is known by scientists as the molusk of the species Cryptomphalus Aspersa Phylum, and also as the humble brown garden snail that is common in vineyards and fruit orchards.
In just the same way, Berrysistible takes science that was known to the ancients and gives it back its rightful place in the world of beauty. We’ll come back to the history of this miraculous serum, but for now, let’s look at modern science.
The serum that is the base of our products reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while deeply moisturizing, getting rid of flaws, and conditioning your skin to irresistible silky soft perfection.
Validated by Science
This scientific report, published recently in the English language, brings to the anglophone world long years of validated research and the findings of previous dermatology publications in Spain. The paper contains crucial information about some of the cellular and molecular effects underlying the regenerative properties of this natural skin care lotion.
First, the natural lotion has antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activities as well as multiple modes of antioxidant action, acting at the level of free radical production and also sequestering free radicals.
In addition, it stimulates fibroblast proliferation. Fibroblasts are the cells responsible for the health of all of the structural elements of the skin, including collagen and elastin and the water-holding molecules that give skin its strength and flexibility.
It also stimulates the rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton. This is the backbone of the cells, and is responsible for their orderly functioning.
Additional mechanisms involved in the regenerative effect of the secretion include the stimulation of extracellular matrix assembly and the action of regulatory proteins known as Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinases (TIMPs). TIMPs are responsible for the reversible inhibition of metalloproteinase (MMP) enzymatic activities, which limits the extent of the damage during wounding and scar formation and attenuates the signs of aging by reducing the degenerative effects of solar radiation which otherwise creates excessive MMP activity.
Together, these effects provide an array of molecular mechanisms that are responsible for the secretion's cellular regeneration properties which make it so potent as a component in skin reparation treatments.

The fact is that this creature's modus operandi when its skin or even some of its organs are damaged and attacked by micro-organisms is quite different than our strong internal inflammatory reaction. Instead it copiously produces the ONLY natural fluid substance that performs as a complete and balanced innate immune response serum. This is the result of its fine-tuned evolutionary progression over billions of years.
The serum moisturizes skin deeply and effectively. Its natural antioxidants protect the skin from the effects of UV radiation, smoking, pollution or other chemicals. Its antimicrobial peptides fight pathogens. It restores the integrity of damaged skin by triggering an orderly but rapid regeneration of the damaged cells and tissues. It even helps to heal wounds and reduce scars.
An Amazing Discovery, or Keen Observation of What Had Always Been Before Our Eyes?
The land helix, or snail, has been used in medicine since antiquity. Hippocrates himself recognized the special healing properties of snail secretions. Since the 19th century there has been a renewed interest in the pharmaceutical and medical use of snails, particularly for dermatological applications.
Nonetheless, the most common purpose for raising snails in modern times has been for food. How on earth did the modern world come to rediscover the amazing properties of this creature?
The ‘discovery’ came from two different places. The first was a snail farm in Chile, where snails were raised to be sold as gourmet escargot, noticed at one point that their snail handlers had exceptionally smooth hands, and any cuts or abrasions that they suffered healed unusually quickly and without scars.
The second was an oncologist working in Spain, who had an amazingly coincidental encounter with this breakthrough. While he was working with his radiation equipment one day, a snail happened to make its way into the vicinity. The doctor noticed that every time he turned on the machines, the snail increased its production of secretions. When the machines were turned off, it would return to normal. In this way, he realized that the secretion was actually actively protecting the snail from the harmful effects of the radiation.
A scientific breakdown of the components in the snails' secretions showed an extraordinary combination of natural substances that have beneficial healing properties. When applied to human skin, snail serum triggers and contributes to the natural healing process of damaged skin – it helps to protect the skin and prevent further damage.
Snails are really remarkable little creatures. Think about it – a snail's shell protects it from aggresive attacks. But what allows the snail's sensitive body to tolerate, under natural conditions, the stress of oxygen transformed into biotoxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) when it emerges anew into the environment after the protection of hibernation? What protects its skin while it crawls over rough terrain, sharp rocks or even broken glass?
The fluid that the snail secretes has to protect the snail's skin from free radicals, the radiation of the sun, from cuts, abrasions, bacteria – that fluid even helps the snail to rejuvenate its shell if it is ever cracked or broken, and to restore integrity to its eyes and mouth when bitten by birds.
Stunning Conclusions of Clinical Trials
We’re not the only ones who have seen the amazing effects of this serum. Two studies providing carefully researched clinical evidence of the positive effects of the snail serum on human skin are summarized here. The first analyzes the effects of the snail serum on people affected by photo-aging. The second investigates the prevention and repair of blisters and skin damage in a population of patients diagnosed with breast cancer who are about to initiate or are undergoing radiotherapy treatment.
1.- Evaluation of the Anti-Wrinkle and Reaffirming Efficacy of a Cryptomphalus Aspersa-based Product (CAS) in the Treatment of Skin Photoaging
(M.J. Tribó, E. Serra-Baldrich, M. Asin, J.A. Camarasa. Dermatología & Cosmética, March (vol IX), 1999)
Ultraviolet light as well as frequent contact with harmful environmental chemicals such as ozone leads to the formation of excessive quantities of reactive oxygen species on the skin. Free reactive oxygen radicals cause destruction of biomembranes by oxidizing unsaturated fatty acids and proteins in human skin as well as depolarization and crosslinking of biopolymers. This induces a spectrum of well-documented acute responses such as erythema, hyperproliferation, desquamation and chronic irritation. This occurs in tandem with a general degradation of collagen and an accumulation of abnormal elastin deposits in the dermis, resulting in premature skin aging.
The skin's own defense system is mainly based on an entire functionality of superoxide dismutase (SOD). Endogenic SOD is found at high levels in the stratum corneum but only low baseline levels are found in the dermis. In photoaged skin, a significant depletion of antioxidants enzyme expression was observed within the strateum corneum and in the epidermis. The endogenous level of SOD decreases significantly. Creating a replacement by using cosmetic formulations is therefore a must. Externally applied SOD is able to penetrate into the intact stratum corneum and reach the upper layers of the epidermis, as has been shown using the fluorescent dye (FITC) labeled enzyme.
This paper confirms a protective effect of the snail secretions in topical application against UV induced cutaneous damage, and an ability of the same to overcome a lack of endogenic SOD to restore the antioxidative homeostasis of the skin.
The study focused on five aspects of skin aging due to excessive sun exposure.
A cream formulated with the snail serum was applied to the face of 32 individuals who showed signs of facial photoaging for an eight-week period on a continuous basis. The subjects were evaluated at two, four and eight weeks of treatment using a clinical evaluation method and the results were correlated with those seen with the use of instrumental techniques. Subjects also kept a subjective journal of their own observations and feelings towards the product which were evaluated at the end of the study.
The results of the study were very positive, affirming the snail serum as a true treatment in the fight against photoaging. Both according to the measurements taken by the instruments and image analysis programs, wrinkle depth is substantially aided by the product. Hydration is significantly improved due to the moisture retaining ability the serum imparts to the skin.
Not only were the results processed by the instruments used to measure them positive, the subjects all had positive visual results, according to their journal entries. All study participants were happy with the topical treatment of photoaging in the study. Firmness, elasticity, and all the other side effects of excessive sun exposure were improved using the product with snail serum as a topical agent. Users' subjective comments indicate considerable comfort and satisfaction with the results of the experience.
Comments: the study was done in 1999 with the snail serum as part of a base cream that is different than the ingredients and technology we use in BERRYSISTIBLE products which allows for a more deeper penetration of the serum into the skin and its proper release within the target cells.
The clinical efficacy of a cosmetic product is rarely confirmed by histological and immunohistochemical analyses. Our in-vivo studies with fifteen women aged 35-65 of Fitzpatrick skin types II and III confirm that treatment with the snail serum leads to significant subjective (clinical signs and satisfaction) and objective (profilometry) improvements in cutaneous photoaging, confirmed by the improvement of subjects histopathological condition.
2.- Clinical Efficacy of Radiocare® (Cryptomphalus Aspersa) in the Prevention and Treatment of Acute Radiodermatitis
(2007, Santos M, Delgado JM, Rodríguez S, Saez J, Errazquin L, Palacios A, Bouché A, Andreu FJ, Sancho S, de las Heras MH, Alonso A, Escó R, Velasco J, Maciá M, Calvo F, Meirió F. Gicor. Grupo Español de Investigación en Oncología Radioterápica)
This recent study conducted at a Hospital in Madrid, Spain has evaluated the efficiency and tolerance of a product which includes snail secretion and is made by a Spanish pharmaceutical company, in the prevention and treatment of acute radiodermatitis (Grade: I-II) in patients diagnosed with breast carcinoma, about to initiate or undergoing radiotherapy treatment.
Type of study: Open, controlled, multicentric study. Population: 96 women, diagnosed with breast carcinoma, mean age of 55 years. Irradiation model: Early breast cancer: (50Gy / 25 fractions of 200cGy / 5wks + 10-16 Gy to the tumor area). Design: Patients were divided into three groups:
1. Control (Standard treatment): 22 patients, who received normal treatment, according to the degree of skin toxicity.
• No toxicity: No treatment.
• Grade I toxicity: Camomile water
• Grade II toxicity: Topic corticosteroids (Fluocinolone acetonide) 1/d
2. Preventive snail serum: 33 patients, who used snail serum preventively, once a day, from the beginning of radiotherapy to its end.
3. Curative snail serum: 41 patients undergoing radiotherapy, who used snail serum if they presented acute radiodermatitis lesions, grades I and II. Every patient within this group received daily treatment with snail serum from the moment of detection of the wounds until their remission.
Clinical and photographic evaluation: Initial evaluation, followed by weekly revision during radiotherapy treatment. After completion of the radiotherapy, repeated evaluations were conducted after 1, 2 and 4 weeks. Toxicity was scored according to benchmark objective criteria and to patients symptoms: itching, pain, erythema, desquamation.
Evaluation of the level of satisfaction of both the patient and the investigator was measured on a scale of different aspects such as product presentation, handling, tolerance and therapeutic efficiency.
Results have demonstrated the efficiency of treatment with snail secretions in the resolution of Acute Radiodermatitis, in a statistically similar fashion or even better compared to standard treatment.
According to these results, treatment with a product with snail secretions:
• Does not cause adverse effects, not even during prolonged therapy.
• It does not interfere with radiotherapy.
• Employed in a Curative or Preventive way, it is as efficient as Standard treatment (camomile water and corticosteroids) or even better.
• Preventive treatment is significantly more beneficial regarding evolution of radiodermatitis.
• Products with snail serum have been favoured by both Patients and Investigators, being more satisfactory than Standard treatment.
The regenerative mechanism of action of the snail secretion results in clinical amelioration of lesions caused by Acute Radiodermatitis, supporting its predominance over emolients. The lack of local and/or systemic adverse effects in long treatments provide a rationale for its election instead of topic corticosteroids.
Can you imagine what it can do for more mundane skin concerns, such as wrinkles?
